How do you measure the dynamic and organizational properties of the proteome?

We are APACE, the Advanced Protein Analytics Center of Excellence. 

We use cutting-edge structural and spatial proteomics technologies to uncover how molecular architectures control biology and disease.

We use the power of protein chemistry to “code” the higher order properties of proteins and proteomes into quantities that can be detected by mass spectrometry.  We translate these codes into measurements of protein dynamics, structure, organization and cellular location. Our goal is to make these measurements directly from the cellular state.

We develop the underlying technologies, methods and software to make this happen.
